Friends Samsung TV sees my server but no shared libraries (exclamation point inside a triangle only)

I have the server. I have successfully shared libraries with my son who lives 150 miles away. I am trying to share with a friend who is successful in accessing my shared libraries through her laptop and phone, but her Samsung TV has an issue. It “sees” my server but shows a rotating circle alternating with an exclamation point inside a triangle. I am clueless as to how to remedy it- any thoughts? First hiccup I’ve had with sharing Plex libraries- usually everything works perfectly for me.

i am having the same issue. I do have my own computer with media on it, and Plex Media Server, which i am able to see on my Samsung TV.

My bother in law, about 5km’s away, shared his Plex Media Server with me… I can watch the movies on my computer, but on my TV it shows a yellow triangle with an !. Please assist.

I have the same issue.
I can watch it on my iPhone.
I can airplay my iPhone screen to the Samsung TV.
But I CAN’T airplay PLEX to the Samsung TV.
Also can’t see shared libraries on the Samsung TV.
