Cannot see a shared movie on a samsung TV

hello friends. can you help me please with a little problem that i have encountered with plex. i shared my server with a friend. he can see my movies on his phone, and laptop, but when he tries to see the movie on a samsung tv… an error appears " a playback error has occured " … also he cannot cast the movie from phone or laptop to tv. the tv is a samsung tv. exactly the same tv that i have… and mine works fine. can you help me please with some sugestions… tnx

My tv is not old… its a 2018 model…
