Friends with granted access cannot access my PMS

I gave my brother access to view my plex server libraries. While plex shows clearly in the access tab that he has full access to my libraries, when he tries to access the server itself he gets a message that he is unauthorized.

I tried looking into it and google said to try to recreate the PLEX-TOKEN, so I viewed it first. It showed SERVER_NOT_SUPPORTED as the plex token. I tried changing his password like the forums suggested, but still it only shows SERVER_NOT_SUPPORTED.

What can I do so he can view my server again.

Just a note - a couple months ago, everything worked just fine. This all started about 2 months ago, and I haven’t been able to solve it for him since.

Please help, and let me know if there is anything I can upload to help the debug process, I tried looking at it on my own, and I couldn’t see on my server side any logs of him trying to connect…

PMS versions 1.41.7 to 1.42.0 were compromised. Therefore Plex announced they’ll block access to those for anyone but the owner.
You should update your server to the current public release (version 1.42.2.10156).
