Why can’t we get in touch with Plex Technical Support? Selecting Support under Contact leads you to the forums. Whats the point of paying for a Plex Pass if we can’t get Plex Technical Support to help with our technical issues? And yes, I’ve when through all the threads to see if there are previous solutions to my problem and even went ahead and tried some of the solutions anyway but my problem still persists. Its really frustrating!!!
What kind of problem are you having? Is it related to what I see in your previous 3 posts regarding OS X?
