How do we contact Plex directly for Technical Support?
Users who pay for the Plex Product and Service should have a way to contact the company to get assistance and guidance and not just have to rely on forums and pray that questions get answered. There are so many posts that appear to have 0 replies. This is not a good user experience for someone who is paying for services.
It’s always a sad day when a user finds out that the money paid for Plex Pass is only for access to Plex Pass features and not a product, service or support.
