Full green screen on some media with hardware acceleration turned on

I use my windows 11 PC as PMS, and samsung s95b as tv.

Some of the media I stream on my TV using plex is VC1, according to the plex menu.
While hardware acceleration is turned on, the entire screen is green, but sound works.
If I go to my PC and plex settings, and turn off hardware acceleration, the media works as intended.
I checked the filetype on a few of the movies that get the green screen, and they’re all .wmv

Can this be fixed? It’s semi-annoying to turn hardware acceleration on/off between movies
