I’d love to be able to dynamically scale the size I’d the Posters in Gallery View to be either large or very dense and small.
A complementary feature that I’d like to see even more would be the ability to adjust the space between posters, for either wider margins or (my personal preference) to set all margins to 0 pixels for a beautiful dense display of Posters with no gaps between.
As for the 1st part of your suggestion… you can already adjust the poster size using the slider next to the view selector
that is only available in the Web and Desktop apps which share same interface. I think he wants it in all player apps.
I would also be interested in this on the HTPC (specifically linux player for me). I have a widescreen format 2.4:1 screen and would really like to show more movie posters on one screen.
