Garbage notifications from Plex on mobile - how do I disable?

Hello, I got a notification from Plex that the Iowa GOP Caucuses were on now.

How do I turn off these unsolicited, garbage tier notifications that I certainly didn’t ask for and I can’t imagine anyone wanted when they set up a personal Plex server?

Why was this implemented? Is this really the kind of notification that the Plex developers thought people wanted from plex on their phones?

On Android, Settings → Notifications → On Demand and Live TV section.
