Hi, hope someone might be able to help.
I’m running my server on a 2019 shield pro, and have a lifetime plex pass. For some reason, I have never been able to turn on the skip intro feature. The option to generate intro video markers just isn’t showing when I go into library settings. It doesn’t exist.
Have tried rebooting the server, clearing cache on browser etc with no luck. Anybody else found this and have a solution? Thanks for any help!
Server Version#: 1.18.0.1913
This feature was introduced in Plex Media Server version 1.19.3.2793, so you’ll need to upgrade your server in order to use it.

Great, thanks. That makes sense. Can you help with how to upgrade the server on Nvidia Shield? Sorry for very basic question, I thought it would update automatically. Many thanks!
Unfortunately I don’t own a Shield, so I have no experience using it as a server. However, I believe it can be updated through the Play Store. Hopefully someone else with experience with the Shield will drop by and provide better guidance.
