I received an email from Plex that annouced a new fantastic feature about Skipping TV Show Intros, but I can’t found the option on my (last updated) server in, as the article says, “Settings > Server > Library”.
How is that possible?

FWIW I wasn’t seeing it. I then did a server restart and cleared the browser cache. Not sure which did the trick, but then the options appeared in the UI.

I was having the same problem and restarting the plex server also fixed it. Didn’t need to clear the browser cache.

Yep, just the restart is needed. I had rebooted my server in the past week and I am in the beta channel so have been on the correct version for awhile. Interesting that this feature just came back after rebooting the server today. Seems like Plex just realized something after sending the newsletter out. All good. Thank you all for posting.
