Hello! I bought Plex pass yesterday, mainly for Skipping Intros but I can’t see that button on my Windows “Plex Media Player” and Nvidia Shield Pro. However, it works like a charm on Google Chrome. But I can’t use google chrome for x265 HEVC releases. Can someone help me figure this out why it doesnt work on shield and windows?

Update the Plex app on your Shield, by opening the App Store.
The “player” and the “server” appear separately!
That’s what I’m using already ( Plex Media Player (for Windows Home Theater PCs)) but I tried to uninstall and install again, didn’t work.
The app on shield is updated. I tried to log out and log in again, didn’t work.
It works on Google Chrome and iOS mobile app.
No, Plex Media Player is not the same as “Plex for Windows”.
The server on your Shield is still version 1.18.0.

Weird, it says it updated. I will try to delete and install again on Shield.

Thank you! It’s working everywhere now. I didn’t know about Plex for Windows. Someone suggested to me that always use Plex Media Player, idk why. Have a nice day
