Generating video preview thumbnails for Xbox One?

Hi There,

 

I read that video preview thumbnails is supported for Xbox one: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202197528-Video-Preview-Thumbnails?preview%5Btheme_id%5D=201342253%27

 

However when I forward or rewind while I am watching a movie, there are no thumbnails like I can see with the web app. 

 

Any reason for this?

There are issues with it in the current release. I assume you get a black box that should have one, but it doesn't display? There is an update at MS for certification right now, hopefully it will get it working again.
