So I’ve added the bin files for a few of my Megadrive/Genesis roms but they arent showing. I have also tried using the original zipped roms but this makes no difference, they still dont show
Any ideas?

we look for .md for Megadrive afaik, so if you have .bin you’ll need to rename them. from a reddit post:
The Super Magic Drive dumped games into an interleaved format, denoted by the file extension .smd. The .bin and .md formats represent the ROM data exactly as stored on the cartridge, which is what modern dumpers such as the Retrode use. There is no difference between .bin and .md.
That worked, thanks. Do you know if the emulator will manage the Sega CD roms?
you’ll need to find a core which works, i’m not sure which ones are best. we’re trying to collect a list in a pinned forum thread
Fingers crossed someone figures it out then
