If one of my friends who connected to my server, start to watch a media, then can I get a notification mail, contained the user’s name, and name of the media and the device ?

Lol I’m not sure he has been online since he first posted.
Anyways @hazimozim
You are not limited to email and personally I feel its probably the lamest option.
You can use a web browser to monitor or connect PlexPy to an app (certainly on android) or there is pushover, pushbullet, pushalot and many many others.
So regardless of phone O/S you are sure to be able to get push notifications. You can see who is watching, exactly what episode they are watching, what client they are watching on and in the PlexPy web UI itself, even the IP address they are watching from.
Also the web app and phone app will give you a history that you can look back through.
Best of all it’s very easy to set up on the server itself. ![]()
thanks. and happy new year
Early 2021 clean-up: duplicate / implemented (push notifications -> Plex Pass feature)
