They must let you received when someone connect by push notification if you desire. Also the possibility to close the connection to specific user at will.

I’m a bit unclear what you mean by someone “connecting”. A person could open the app and it would ping/connect your server so it is available to them, but have no intention to play anything from it. They might play from another server or from our streaming content.
Wouldn’t it get annoying to receive a push notification every time someone you gave access to starts playing something. What if someone binge watches a TV show sitcom, every 30 minutes you would want to get another push notification?
The main Plex mobile app (not Plex Dash) has a push notification option for playback started.
