Plex Support

I understand Plex wants to keep all the contact for technical support off their plates and into the forum. I swear when I signed up for Pass many years ago, being able to contact support was one of the perks. Thankfully I have not had to contact support, but now that I want someone to look into my ongoing issue, I cannot.

I am relying on the forum for someone to help me but I have not had any luck. What happens if I never get help? I am not saying I need to be priority but it has been over a month and still nobody from Plex has offered to help me.

There was never any support contact outside of billing. We used to have an open chat room what a chat app called Campfire, and we tried to have a section in forums for Plex Pass specific features but too many folks took that to mean we were suppose to one on one teach them how to use their computer, router, etc and it ended.
