For the past 3-4 days I’ve found my plex server unavailable. When I remote into my Mac, the server software is running, but hovering over the icon in the menubar gives me a beachball (indicating the software is locked up). If I try to access plex on the web on that local machine, I get a “503 Service Unavailable” white screen. If I then check Activity Monitor, it shows the PMS service as Not Responding.
I’m not really sure what is going on that is generating this error. The only way to fix it is to kill all PMS processes and re-launch PMS or to reboot the Mac. If anyone from Plex can assist, I would appreciate it. My logs are attached. Thank you.
