Media not showing up, saying server unavailable despite linking

So I have used the app forever but this is twice now where after extended non use when I sign in it is just saying that my computer is unavailable and when I go and sign into my account on my Mac none of my media which is normally there is showing up. I even when I try to update it sends me to a website that says “you don’t have access to this server” despite me being signed in in another tab… I am very confused.

I have tried logging out and back in and no change.

Edit - is it possibly my old mac can’t run it anymore? I can’t update to 10.13 on it, but it was working less than a couple months ago…

When I try to run the terminal command it just says that path exists or something, like I can’t get the terminal commands to work. Could it be that for some reason my “library” where it is located is listed as hidden?
