Getting a token when "View XML" Missing

I have a few “managed users” on my Plex server. I have a managed user called “Home”, that I use PlexKodiConnect to sync the Kodi frontend with the Plex backends. On this connection, I use the managed user “Home”. I’m then trying to use Plex Cleaner to find episodes that I’ve already watched, but having problems with this.

One gray area is the token. If I use the main account (admin), I can see the “View XML” when looking at media, which allows me to grab my token. When logged in with a ‘managed user’, I can’t see the “View XML” button and can’t get the token.

I’ve read about a firefox hack to look at the source of some web page to get a token…which I did, but the plex cleaner isn’t fully working, which makes me think there may be more to it.

Is it normal for “View XML” to disappear when logged on with a managed user? Is there a way to get this back for the user?
