Getting an error screen

I get this screen the last few versions on the home screen when connecting to my server on my browser. I also get it sometimes on my libraries pages. If I get it sometimes I can click another library then back to the offending one and it will be ok. But again, on the HOME screen it is always this now. I am lost as to what to do to fix this.

Is this a particularly big library?

When did you last do a database optimization?

Have you checked the Plex Media Server.log for messages about database corruption?

How much RAM?

I ended up just trashing the database and having it rebuilt it from scratch. Fixed all the problems.
