Getting black bars on right and bottom on all media

On LG Web OS I am getting an issue where black bars are showing on the right and bottom of the screen. Other apps are fine and also when in the menus etc. on Plex, they are also fine. The black bars not only reduce the visible area, they are compressing the image so that the quality is reduced. It no longer looks HD quality, quite blurry.
