I am getting an indirect connection on all devices currently.
The last change I made to my plex server, was changing the cache folder by following the steps outlined in these forums, including adding the new path to the registry. If there was an issue there, would that be causing the indirect connection issue?
My ISP also recently changed my modem’s IP address. Don’t know if that would play into this as well.
If you are seeing indirect connections, that would mean that your remote access is not configured properly. It wasn’t configured properly, because my ISP accidentally took my modem out of bridge mode when I made an account change. Switched it back and everything is back to normal. Thanks
