have installed Ubuntu 20.04.3 - ran all the updates, tried to install plex 1.24 - tried to start plex - getting plexmediaserver.service: Failed with result ‘exit-code’
uninstalled plex 1.24, tried to install plex 1.19 check status - appears to be running photo - (Imgur: The magic of the Internet)
tried to go to plex address (192.168.1.x:32400/web - because it is headless) - fails
check status - get the error in attached photo
have rebooted
have tried installing again (both version 1.24 and 1.19) - same error

anyone know why? thanks
