Today with friends, I decided to show them family photos on my Samsung Phone on Plex app! Only to my surprise, some GENIUS decided to make another APP for Plex! So the all-in-one Plex app makes life simple only to be forced to have another APP on my PHONE! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I understand your frustration but the photo feature was very lacking in the app. I can’t even think of the last new feature. Trying to get traction for any feature request seems imposing too. With the dedicated app, I’m hoping there will be be resources to actually bring improvements. The old app didn’t even support a sideshow on Android mobile or a basic zoom feature.
Horse Hockey!! Smart TV have app that works! No reason why they couldnt improve code on android
