I’m using the latest rasplex on a raspberry pi 3 directly connected to the server which is also a raspberry pi 3, running Raspbian. My rasplex is hooked up via RCA to a CRT TV. My videos are interlaced and 480i and I don’t want transcoding. I have direct play enabled. Sometimes the videos play okay, but other times they appear to be ghosting or choppy. How can I fix this? Thanks
the ghosting is always on the same video or is something completely random?
are the framerate of the video and the output rca signal the same?
Im thinking that if the framerate of the interlace video and the framerate of the interlace signal doesnt match its very probable to get ghostings. And you cant control the framerate of RCA from inside rasplex
