Good MKV files in library on my mac shows as empty mpeg on TV (latest SAMSUNG)?

Hi I have just installed plex on my mac to watch movies on my TV.
Some movies mkv are good in plex on the mac but when I want to watch them on the TV (samsung 2019) they show as empty (0,00 ko) and are transformed in Mpeg and are not able to run.
In universl media server I resolved the same problem by skipping the mkv,MKV,Mkv,MKv,mKV,mkV extension in transcoding but I cant find a way to do this in plex.
Can you help please ?

Perhaps the PMS has no idea of the TV and is sending data only compatible with your Mac.

I’m curious doesn’t your Samsung or Roku or AppleTV or Chrome Stick or Amazon Stick or Xbox or Playstation already have a Plex app built in? I think they are encouraging that style of usage.
