All of my video files are MKV files. When I try to play any of them on my Samsung tv, they show up as MPG files and throw an error. What’s happening? Solution?
Is that a new issue? The are other users complaining about Samsung tvs as well
Are you using a “real” Plex app on this TV or are you using the generic DLNA-compatible player app which comes preinstalled on these devices?

Real McCoy (and I don’t mean Luke or Grandpa). I can also connect directly to the NAS and guess what? ALL of the MKV files come across as, wait for it, MKV files. Fancy that.
