Please…please…please…add support for Google Daydream. I love PLEX and nothing would make me happier then to be able to easily open and use my PLEX app directly in my Daydream headset.

If I could get PS4 Streaming, Plex and Steam Streaming on my Daydream VR, I could get rid of my bedside TV entirely. Just relax in bed with my VR headset on, would be much nicer.

Does anyone from the plex team acknowledge this at all? Doubtful… Sad too as I would even pay more for this as a separate application.

It’s been a while… anyone from Plex care to comment… and if it’s already built into the latest app… well my appologies for not looking there first!! :wink:

Although I haven’t adopted any virtual reality systems yet, I think it would be nice to add that functionality to Plex, especially to get that “big screen cinema illusion”. It shouldn’t be exclusive to Google though. Right now I’m waiting to see which system wins in this new format war.

Good time to exercise minimum viable product. Don’t worry about putting it in a “theater” or anything fancy. Getting something out sooner with basic navigation would be amazing. Then build on it later.
