Hi, I am Katy McCorkle. I am trying to get off the google icon that was sent to my phone for a login. How do I get rid of the icon?
It appears that you used the option “Sign in with Google” on the phone. So the Plex app on your phone has been authenticated against your Gmail account.
It also appears that there are no other Plex clients or servers in this account, apart from your phone.
I can only assume that this means that you are actually intending to use a different Plex account. (Probably one which uses the email address combined with a Password.)
If I am correct in this assumption, you should have been using “Email and Password” to sign into the Plex app on your phone instead.
If you open the Plex app on your Android phone, go to the main page.
There is the “hamburger” icon ≡ in the top left corner. Tap on it.
Then on the cog wheel icon 
then on Account
Now Sign Out
Now sign in again, this time by using the email address and password.
