Hi i signed up with android box with , “continue with google” login.
Now when i try to sign in on my windows laptop with stand alone plex app. I have no option of signing in with google account.

So i try sign in with my hotmail email address associated with google account that i can login with on my android box.

When i try that i get "You appear to be having trouble signing into an account. You may wish to try reset password on plex.tv/reset link.

I have tried this way but i can sign into plex.tv

I should have signed up the old way with username and password, instead of clicking sign in with google account.
I cant use plex app on my laptop but i can on android tv, and mobile

are we talking about the desktop app? when signing in you should see this. which will then open the browser on your computer with the regular login options including sign in with Google ( if you are already signed into the web app on browser then it should just ask if you want to sign in with that same account.)

Hi thanks for your help. I wasnt getting these options before, so i uninstalled plex that came with windows and downloaded latest version and its now working :+1:
