Hi,
I have a plex pass and can see when a user is watching something right at that moment.
I can also see when they have finished a film.
But some of my family said they started watching a film then stopped, can I see what they started?
The reason I’d like to know is they said the quality was bad, if this is true then I can rip the dvd again or see if it’s something else like slow internet.
Any help would be great.

The playback history usually only shows completed streams, where Plex considers a stream complete if you watched / listened to approx. 90% of the duration.

That’s a shame would have loved to know what they started and why they didn’t finish it.
