Grant Access "Send" button does nothing

I am trying to grant access to a preexisting library that I have granted access to before. This year the “send” button does nothing and the process cannot continue.

Tried uploading logs but it is usually 10MB which is too big.

“Send” is only needed if the sharee account hasn’t been granted access before.

If the account is however already in this list,
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access
you simply click on the name and “Edit” their list of libraries.
