Grant Library Access gives "unexpected error" page

When I type the first character in the email field, I get an “unexpected error” page.

I’ve tried accessing https://app.plex.tv/ on:

• Firefox, Chrome and Safari
• Windows and Mac OS machines
• No VPNs

I still get this:

Is there anything I can look for in the logs?

Is there anything like an advanced Internet filter in your router or at your ISP? Do you use other types of filter appliances, like e.g. Pi-hole etc.?
