From what you describe, permissions aren’t ok. It’ll probably be about how that rsync drive is mounted into your system… make sure the system plex user has access (not necessarily your regular user account on the Linux machine)

Does the plex user need to be the owner of the folders or just have full r/w permissions?

I think I figured out my issue. rclone doesn’t do a full sync. You are basically mounting the cloud drive. I am going to switch to Onedrive Free Client Fork that will actually do what I want it to do. Will report back
