Grid view missing (PMS main interface)?

Player Version#: N/A issue is in the browser interface to the PMS.

So I updated the host a couple of days back (CentOS7, fully patched,) and this morning, I’ve discovered that the grid view programming guide is now gone. Unless I’m completely missing something, there’s no way to bring it back. Going to “Live TV & DVR”, the default view is “On right now”, “Starting Soon”, with the graphic images and the scrolling interface. Changing the view to Guide results in the same graphic images but all channels displayed.

This is not a desirable behavior. Bring back the grid guide, please.

Well, this is rather annoying… tied to PlexPlass, apparently.

I discovered that I’d also lost direct playback capability from the browser. I ended up logging my PMS out of Plex completely, signing back in and reclaiming.

I have no idea what or why my install lost it’s PlexPass capabilities.

Are you using the bundled or the hosted?

The bundled is far more stable.

the hosted (app.plex.tv) is their “beta”.

Bundled. I tend to not log into plex.tv all that often.
