Lost TV Guide Grid View

Had to reboot computer. After restart Plex prompted for update to version above. I no longer have the guide available. It’s empty.

Going to “What’s On” page, it shows my channels and what is on.

The above seems up to date at first glance. It also proves the Home Runner tuner setup is fine. I tried updating the guide but it still shows nothing.

I can’t be bothered to use the search. I just want my grid view TV Guide back. I initially paid for a lifetime Plexpass solely for that. The rest is just gravy.

Checking the tuner shows this:

I went and updated all channels and then refreshed the guide. It still shows nothing.

5 days later. No answers either from plex or anyone else. I can’t even tell if the post has been read by someone. Pretty much like the couple of other posts I did. Deceiving and sad that absolutely no support is available, either here or direct from Plex. If I were to treat my customers like this, I’d be out of business already. Total deception here as the very few things I need from Plex no longer work and the investment I made into the Plex server is not worth sweet nothing.
