Guide Information Unavailable for Some Channels

I live in Oklahoma and PBS is broadcast across the state by OETA. I receive a couple of different broadcasts, but I obviously want the one closest to me. All of the broadcasts follow the same channel structure and are identical, but the guide information for the broadcast I want is inaccurate and incomplete. It shows the channel as being broadcast in SD in Plex even though it is HD and I’m unable to assign the correct guide information to the sub channels.

The channels are 36.1, 36.2, 36.3 and 36.4 but only channel 36 in the guide list while the other PBS broadcasts have all of channels available in the guide list.

I know Plex uses Gracenote for EPG, but being an end user, I see no way to contact Gracenote myself.

In the end, I guess I could just assign one of the other channels that does show up in the guide list, but it kind of drives me nuts that it’s not there. I mean, what if you didn’t pick up any of the other broadcasts, you’d just be out of luck.

Anyone know a way of going about getting the information updated?

EDIT:
Well, I may have figured out a roundabout way to get this changed. I was trying out Emby (just to check out their guide) and I had to make a Schedules Direct account. They have a similar problem, but they don’t provide any programming information for any of those channels. They also seem to be powered by Gracenote and they have a contact area for exactly this problem. I also went over to Zap2It and noticed they have incomplete listings as well. Once again, they are also powered by Gracenote and also have a contact section. I sent the information to both services, so we’ll see if anything gets fixed. Those changes should then be present in Plex via Gracenote.

Oh, and I just noticed the post that Plex created with a form to submit corrections. I’m an idiot. Oh, well…
