My HDHomerun Extend detects several channels, probably a dozen, that are not in the guide for my zip code (15137). How can I add these channels? How can I find the guide information for them?

Plex will need your zip code to report missing channels.

Thank you for the info. I added a few pieces of information.

Bump.
This cannot be this hard to address.

Bump.

Does anyone at Plex actually read these things?

Bump.

I am still trying to get an answer to what should be a simple question.

Provided you have already done a rescan and they haven’t shown up, here are some additional comments.

A new person took over the administration of missing channels and added a new topic to manage them, try adding it to your post.

Gracenote is the EPG provider and local stations aren’t always great about updating them when they change towers, power levels and such. They won’t add channels that are labeled low power.

You can look at their listings to see if they have the channels you are missing: https://tvlistings.gracenote.com/grid-affiliates.html?aid=orbebb

If these are really must have channels and they are in the above guide then I would look at antennaweb or rabbitears and find a zip code near the tower then delete all tuners and add them back with the zip code(s) closest to the tower to see if the channels are listed. You can only add multiple zip codes at creation time.

Aside from that would be to create your own xml epg from a source like schedules direct or scrape titantv.
