My Plex dashboard shows the HDHomerun device: Two Tuners, 25 channels, 20 Available.
The guide displays 23.1 MeTV and 23.2 H&I channels, but is missing 23…3 StartTV and others. How do I get Plex to recognize these missing channels so I can record?

Still not showing, in the settings for Live TV & DVR, you can choose 23.3 but in list it is missing:

Fixes are not immediate, it does take some time. Sometimes the listing for a channel just isn’t available and may not be possible to fix. Please report as mentioned above for the best chance of getting it fixed.
It’s been about 3 weeks, no change. Any ideas on how to get this resolved?
It is closing in on 5 weeks now. I have sent 4-5 requests to the DVR Inaccuracies link above. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

@lsinrc @symesinrc_hotmail_com Sorry for the late reply, I did do a quick check of the Rapid City lineup using our new provider and it does appear to be correct, at least as far as the Smart TV channel that you referenced. If you want to see what the full lineup will look like once we make the switch you can use the Zap2it listings found here. Additionally we’ve pulled down the pinned post that advises users on how to submit corrections as it’s unlikely that the current provided would make the correction before we complete our cutover to Gracenote. Look for more information soon.

There are changes coming soon to the guides so we are not taking reports at this time.
Any timelines when the guide changes will take place?
The guide changes were released at the end of last year. You should be seeing the new guides now.
