I live in a area that receives broadcasts from 3 states. I cannot get a guide that covers all of the stations I receive. Is there a way to broaden the area of the guide for my zip?
I have the same issue. I have been told that there is a thread where you post the missing channel and someone updates the database that feeds the user. If someone on the Plex support team reads this please consider an update to the live TV guide so that it displays all channels the user gets. You can label it something generic. If the guide doesn’t show an available channel, there is no way within Plex for a user to just select the channel.
Part of the problem is that Plex does not maintain the guide data, I believe that comes from Gracenote. Plex notifies Gracenote when guide problems occur.
