Guide is removed every evening on overnight automatic refresh

I am experiencing a situation where using Live TV & DVR works for me but during the refresh of the guide overnight I lose all guide functionality the next day so none of my scheduled recordings start because the guide is missing, this happens daily. If I delete and re-add the DVR it works fine until the next automatic refresh. I know this is the issues because on my last setup I unchecked auto refresh for the guide and it works fine and was actually available the following day however I believe a refresh is necessary to keep the guide current. Has anyone else experienced this issue since it just started happening in the last week.
