Live TV no longer working

My guide hasn’t worked for a while but as of today, I cannot view live TV.
I checked my Tuner and made sure it was up to date. It appears to be working fine.
When I click on ‘Refresh Guide’ It says Initiating 0% then goes away very quickly.
When I click on a channel, it says ‘Playback Error Unable to Tune Channel(not on air)’

I tried a couple of things found on this forum and restarted Plex. I then tried to ‘Refresh Guide’. Same result and I exported the log

I checked today and saw a notice that after Jan 1st, the guides no longer work and that I need to delete and setup my dvr. Once I did that, all was restored except for my scheduled recordings.

But 4 days and no response for a product I pay annually for. Shameful! Time to look at alternative solutions.

If you are just now getting to changing over to the Gracenote epg, you will also need to delete and recreate your scheduled recordings.
