Guide scrolling speed on Roku live TV

I know this is been asked before, but I switched from Plex on Android and I’m just trying to get use to the guide on Roku, it scrolls a lot slower. With my channel lineup my cable provider has over 600 channels. So to get to a channel let’s say 500 it takes a long time compared to Android. Is there any plans of implementing maybe a search option or I know I asked in the past, a favorites option? I know there is a recent channels option but if you open too many channels you lose it in there. Then you have to scroll for another 2 minutes to get back to that channel and you have no guide information to know what’s coming up next in recent channels:). Aside from that this thing is amazing, it doesn’t buffer or anyting, it’s extremely stable for live TV. You guys did an amazing job on this Roku Plex app! Thank you!

The Roku is unique in that regard - FF/RW skips ahead or back in larger chunks - like Page Down/Up/Over/Back… it took a while to teach my thumb to do that tho.

Pressing and holding is painfully slow. That helped the thumb learning process…lol

That is really cool, thank you again for the recommendation. It works really well and that will be the best solution for now until hopefully they make a favorites option in the guide!

we need more of a categories section like you get on cable/satelite/FTA. even simple options like news, sport, docs, shopping, entertainment etc. Pretty sure the genre of each programme is in the guide info so should be just a case of allowing filtering the guide based on tags??
