Guide shows nothing at all after 8 PM in iOS app

Using the latest Synology NAS Plex server and the latest iOS app, the Live TV grid shows absolutely nothing for any channels after 8 PM. The shows do show up correctly in the grid on desktop after 8 PM, just not in iOS.

If I go to “What’s On” after 8 PM, the correct shows are displayed, so the data must be there, it just isn’t loading into the grid.

And when I tap on a show card in the “What’s On” view, the slide-up overlay is completely blank.

Is this a known bug? Am I doing something wrong? It seems very weird.

I have similar issues with the new app on iPad. The guide now shows only 1/2 hour and no information shows in the guide after the current half hour.

Does anyone have the live tv guide working properly on iPad?

I have the same issue. No guide info after 8PM. I am running iso 18.5

Same…been happening for at least 1.5 weeks…works fine during the day, and every evening 6/7pm central US time it goes blank on iOS. Channels still work, but no info on favorites tab or guide tab. I’ve seen others post the same issue on Reddit.

The Guide works correctly on the same Plex server using Nvidia Shield, FireTV and the web interface to the Plex server

Based on other reports, it appears this has been a significant problem for months after an update. Does anyone know if Plex is addressing this bug?

There have been at least two updates since I began this thread. None of them has fixed the bug. Makes the app fairly unusable most of the time.

I-- I can’t believe it. The latest update finally fixes this. At least for me. Hopefully this is a permanent fix and I can move on to complaining about the next thing on my list of broken features.

[Edited 7/15 to add:] Nope. That was a short-lived fix. Back to broken.

This is still a problem for me on iOS with version 2025.20.0. Only shows at most 24hrs of EPG and stops after 8PM. This is working normally on Nvidia Shield, FireTV, Roku and the web interface to the same Plex server.

Are you getting more than 24hrs of EPG?

Shoot no, you’re right. For a while I was getting the current day’s listing’s after 8 PM, but the following day still ended at 8 PM. Now I’m not getting even today after 8 PM anymore.

Sigh.
