Cannot view Guide on iOS Plex app when moving forward a day or more (OK on Mac Safari)

When I use the Plex iOS app and in Guide and try to move forward a day or more to find a program to set to record, the Guide just goes blank, can keep moving forward and can see the time and day change but no Guide data at all! Same on iPad Pro and iPhone 14 Pro. If I use Mac Safari or Apple TV - no problems , can move back and forth etc. Issue only on iOS.
Seems to have only started in the past few weeks !
**Just update the iOS app to version 2025.18.0 and still have the same issue!! :frowning:

Earlier today I had same issue on both iPhone and iPad. However, before I attempt to scroll through time of day, some channels do show information, but most do not. (see image below) Also, when I tap on a channel that does display content, it shows the preview at top without audio.

Now as I write this, I tested again to learn that when I go back in, the guide has zero information for every channel whether I scroll the time of day or not. So the same issue initially reported by OP here.

Those issues are not present on Roku. However, since at least Nov 1st, I’ve had the following issue on Roku…just finally reporting it now:
Live TV randomly “jumps” all the way back to when I first started watching the current channel. Sometimes it will do this multiple times.

Kodi works perfectly with the HDHomeRun. Never an issue.

Also while you’re at it, please move “Favorite Channels” at the top to before the Guide option. Favorites are there because they are the most watched, so it makes no sense they are not the default. In fact, they used to be the default.

This worked for me. Go to Settings then General then TV providers and make sure you done have any added. I removed my provider and the guide started working.

I checked this and I have no Pay TV providers selected, still no guide if I move ahead approximately 24 hours. :frowning:

Still doesn’t seem to be fixed in the latest (.19) release - at least zero mention of it in the release notes. WTF is going on Plex team?! This shouldn’t be that difficult to fix!
