How do I make sure PMS uses new GPU?

Ok guys. Hardware tone-mapping is still experimental but is enabled in the 64-bit Windows version of PMS for NVidia GPU’s. This is made possible because of the zero-copy support. You don’t need to do anything, it will either work or not. If it doesn’t, we would love to get feedback and logs to verify. I have tested and it is working on an NVidia RTX 2060 Super.
