H264 level on nvidia shield tv (2015)

User of plex on nvidia shield and on my android phone I recently encountered a problem with the nvidia shield version.
Wanting to read a file encoded in h264 level 6 the latter did not launch on the shield or on my phone.
After some additional tests with other players like kodi the file was then read without worries on the shield.
following this I modified the verification of the maximum level (5.2 for the nvidia shield and idenrique on my phone).
After this modification my phone reads the file without any problem but the shield remains blocked and does not want to know anything (I tried to modify the version in 6.0, 6.2 and even to deactivate this) but without result.
Moreother if I cast this file from my phone to the shield tv, this file was playing fine…
I therefore come to the conclusion that the plex (player) version for nvidia shield does not seem to take this parameter into account.
Is this a bug? known and which is being resolved or did I forget something that would allow me to play this file on the nvidia shield without worries (while this one can read it without any worries or transcoding via kodi)?

This two file won’t be read player on Shield TV server on Synology 1815+

like I mention before Kodi will read this two file without any problems and the android app when I have change H264 max level read rhis files fine too…Moreover when I cast it from my plex phone’s app to the shield all work flowlessly…

Really don’t understand why with the “native” shield app this will not work…

Actually let H264 level to disable and more and more movie can’t be read (with recommanded level 5.2 or disable)

Really don’g know why this files can’t be played on my nvidia shield, cause same file run very well on my phone and on a google tv with max H264 level disable (also can run on shield tv in kodi and on okex plgin for kodi)
