H265 titles crashing transcoder to any newer 265 capable Roku

Player Version#: Both current and legacy

Plextranscoder is crashing randomly, but often on files that are H265 encoded to players that are 265 capable. Anything that is NOT 265 capable, the transcode happens, and plays fine. turning off Directplay has no effect.

I can restart, it plays for a few minutes, and crashes.

Any ideas? what info do you need.

Currently, I’m trying to play a 265, 1080p, 10bit, AC3 file to a Roku ultra plus or a Streaming Stick+ both have the issue.

I can confirm that going back to 1.14.1.5488 has solved the issue. There’s clearly something wrong with directplaying 265 content natively to Roku’s.
