Hacked account and possible login bug

Hi, I’ve been using Plex for years under the email -------------------------. I received an email today saying it was changed to ------------------------------

When I went to sign in, I used the login with Google and used my email address. This ended up creating a new account and I can’t login with my actual account.

I’m very surprised Plex doesn’t have any sort of “real” contact and am pretty unhappy that I have to arbitrarily post in this forum to get help with a hacked account.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!

Open now this email and use the link that’s inside to revert the email change.

Yes I tried that but it takes me to a 404 page after entering in the recovery code.

When did you try it?
If that was already a while ago, try it again.
