Hi. First sorry for my bad English.
I’m having trouble converting my videos to a format that does not need transcoding on a pi3 server and a chromecast player.
I was reading that with a mp4 container, h264 codec and AAC audio would be enough, but I do not have good results and the videos have constant cuts for transcoding.
An example of video that plays without problem are all the movies of the tracker “YIFY”, these movies are not transcoded on my server and reproduced perfectly on the chromecast.
Is there any profile for handbrake so I can convert my videos and avoid this odious transcoding?

i use 1100kbps bitrate.

You should probably check the Google Chromecast subforum to see what its the best profile for direct play
Supported Media Types
Video codecs: H.264 High Profile Level 4.1, 4.2 and 5, VP8
Audio decoding: HE-AAC, LC-AAC, CELT/Opus, MP3, Vorbis
Containers: MP4/CENC, WebM, MPEG-DASH, SmoothStreaming
Level 1 DRM support: Widevine, PlayReady
set it up to mp4 and web optimized, subtitles wont work

I recommend sticking with Level 4.0.
This guarantees wide compatibility with a multitude of devices

Do not use the ‘Advanced encoder options’
Remove all content from the field ‘x264 Encoder Options’ (your last screen shot)
There is nothing to be gained from setting this.
In the 2nd screen shot, you’ll have to adapt the ‘Deinterlacing’ setting to the data source.
There are ‘interlaced’ and ‘progressive’ source videos.
on DVDs, it is mostly ‘interlaced’
on BluRay it is mostly ‘progressive’
But either one can also store both types!
You need to inspect the ripped file with e.g. media info to determine which type each video has.
This can also be different within the same disk!

I consider this a basic tool which you’ll always need.
(pay attention during installation, it comes with a ‘piggybacked’ installer which asks to install additional crapware. Make sure to set/clear the right checkboxes!)
